As the leader of 140 Advisors, Mike is the driving force behind our client engagements. With nearly three decades of cross-functional expertise, he brings a unique perspective to business challenges. Mike's experience spans marketing, eCommerce, customer success, client services, operations, supply chain management, fulfillment, and sales.

Throughout his career, Mike has held key leadership positions at industry giants like GSI Commerce/eBay Enterprise/Radial, CommerceHub and start-ups including 12 Digit Marketing, and Stord. His diverse background enables him to serve clients of all sizes across various industries.

In founding 140 Advisors, Mike combines his passion for problem-solving with his commitment to collaborating with dynamic, driven professionals. His goal is to tackle universal business challenges with innovative, tailored solutions, drawing on his extensive experience and insights from multiple sectors.

Mike is proud Penn State graduate, and a die hard Nittany Lion and Philly Sports Fan.  Mike, his wife and 2 daughters live in Villanova, PA.

Finance and Revenue Ops Advisor

Jen Kokinda is a seasoned Finance and Revenue Operations professional with a career-long focus on implementing efficient processes, building scalable tools and leading high-performing teams. Jen has a broad portfolio that includes developing intricate P&Ls, robust budgets, accurate forecast methodologies, strategic go-to-market plans, and insightful pricing and ROI calculators. As a CRM tool expert, Jen leverages her technical knowledge to optimize revenue operations with a primary focus on Sales and Customer Success. 

Her extensive experience collaborating with C-suite executives, including CROs, CFOs, COOs, and CEOs, has given her a unique perspective on aligning financial and operational strategies with overarching business goals. Jen's combination of financial acumen, operational insight, and executive-level communication skills makes her an invaluable asset for organizations seeking to streamline their finance and revenue operations.

Jen is originally from upstate NY and graduated from the State University at Oneonta, part of the SUNY system. She lives in Levittown, PA with her husband and two children.
